As a key member of the Commercial team, you will be responsible for establishing the commercial strategy for the group from a company multi brands perspective for sales (including global sales), revenue, distribution, and loyalty program. Provides a functional direction to the sales and revenue leaders on property as well as optimizing opportunities through proactive planning and executions of commercial plans driving top line while maintaining cost efficiencies. The role also oversees the expansion of the brand and standard across all brands and liaise on pre-opening budgets and owners’ relationship.


  • Strategic commercial experience of 5+ years
  • Experience with multi-brand entity Geographical/international experience
  • Ideally holding a bachelor degree in Business or Commerce
  • Pre-opening experience is preferred
  • Revenue Management experience in REVPAR and TREVPAR and analytical abilities
  • Full understanding of hotel and distribution systems and booking source mix
  • Ability to analyse, interpret and extract trends from data
  • Display an understanding of the markets
  • Demonstrate an affinity with technology
